Artwork Process
Q: How will I receive my artwork?
We will email your artwork for approval. Please be sure to check your spam folder. We can’t print your item(s) unless we receive approval. Please be sure to enter the correct email address.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my artwork?
You will receive your artwork in 24-48 business hours after placing your order. Saturday and Sunday are not included in business days.
Q: How do I make changes to my artwork?
If you need to make changes to your artwork, please decline your art and submit changes, we will send revised artwork.
Q: What if I approve my art and I want to make changes?
Once you approve your art and your order has been printed no changes can be made.
Rush Services
Q: Can I do a rush on Saturday or Sunday?
Rush services can only be processed Monday-Friday
Q: If I order same day, can I pick up the same day?
Same day orders must be done by 12 noon on that day, if you order a same day order it must be approved on that day for it to be ready for pickup on that day.
Q: If I don’t approve my artwork will my order still be rushed?
No, we can only print your item(s) if we receive approval. No item(s) will be printed unless it has been approved.
Q: If I order rush services, will I receive my order in the mail as a rush as well?
No, rush services are only for rush printing, not rush shipping. Our normal turnaround time is 5 business days after artwork is approved. Rush services is to have your order rush printed not rush shipped. Your rush order will be processed after artwork is approved.
Q: How can I get my item rush shipped?
If you need an order rush shipped, you will need to contact us by phone, and we will provide the cost for rush shipping.
Q: How do rush services work?
*NO Saturday or Sunday rush orders.
*Same Day orders cutoff time is 12pm noon of that day. Any orders AFTER 12pm noon is considered a Next Day order.
Rush Fees:
Same Day: $50 (12pm cutoff time)
2 Business Day: $25
3 Business Day: $15
*6pm pick up time for all rush orders.
*Tuesday is the last day for 3-day rush pick up by Friday.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority (2 - 7 Business Days)
